The right amount of lube, added to the right machine at the right time, are the basics for improving equipment reliability. The Mafuta planning processes is simple to set up, but highly effective in operation.
Setting up the plant tree structure and establishing the individual lube point schedules is an uncomplicated task. The work orders are created with a flexible routing system and completed routes are simple to close out. The program supports necessary management reports of the activity. TPM and 5S initiatives can be also controlled through the scheduling processes.
